Mauk Systems & Technology (“MST”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. MST often distributes apps through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or other partner ecosystems). Where those platforms process your data (for purchases, accounts, analytics, etc.), their privacy policies apply in addition to this one.
Information We Collect
- Account & Profile Data. If an app requires an account, we may receive your email or platform-provided identifier to operate core features.
- Usage Data. Basic, privacy-preserving telemetry (e.g., app version, device type, performance events) to keep services reliable.
- Purchase Data. For subscriptions or in-app purchases handled by app stores, we may receive a non-personal confirmation token to grant access. We do not store your full payment details.
- Support Communications. Messages you send us (e.g., email) to help resolve issues.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our apps and services.
- Authenticate users and manage entitlements (e.g., subscription status).
- Respond to support requests and communicate important changes.
- Protect against abuse, fraud, and misuse.

Sharing & Disclosures
- Platform Providers. We integrate with distribution platforms to enable sign-in, purchases, and notifications; data shared is limited to what’s necessary.

- Legal & Safety. When required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- No Sale of Personal Data. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices & Rights
- Access & Correction. You can request access to or correction of your information.
- Deletion. You can request deletion of information we hold, subject to legal requirements and service constraints.
- Subscriptions. Manage or cancel app-store subscriptions in your platform settings (e.g., Apple ID or Google Play account).
- Permissions. You can disable optional app permissions in your device settings; core functionality may be affected.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age of consent in your region). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep risk low by minimizing what we collect and store.
International Transfers
If you access our services from outside the country where our systems are hosted, your information may be transferred and processed across borders in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
